通过对不同再生粗骨料取代率、不同剪跨比下的再生混凝土梁进行斜裂缝宽度试验研究,分析了再生混凝土梁斜裂缝发展过程与最大宽度影响因素。试验结果表明:再生混凝土梁斜裂缝发展与普通混凝土梁相似,再生混凝土梁较普通混凝土梁斜裂缝更大,随着取代率不断增加,这一趋势更加明显;而相同取代率情况下再生混凝土梁剪跨比对其裂缝宽度影响更大,结合试验数据,拟合建立适用于再生混凝土梁斜裂缝宽度计算公式,并通过数据校核,计算结果满足精度要求。
The experimental research on the diagonal crack width of recycled concrete beams with different replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate and different shear-span ratios and the influencing factors on the development process and maximum width of oblique cracks in recycled concrete beams are analyzed. The experimental results show that the development of oblique cracks in recycled concrete beams is similar to that of ordinary concrete beams, and that of recycled concrete beams is larger than that of ordinary concrete beams. As the replacement rate increases, the trend becomes more obvious. In the same replacement rate, The influence of shear span ratio on the crack width is larger. Based on the experimental data, the formulas for calculating the width of oblique cracks for recycled concrete beams are fitted and verified by data. The calculated results meet the requirements of accuracy.
