随着国内经济持续快速发展和城市化进程不断加快,各地政府不断加大对各类土地的储存和前期开发整理力度,以此向全社会提供各种建设用地。土地作为一种稀缺的高价值资源,其征转收购过程需要大量资金投入,而地方政府财力的有限性就给银行业金融机构带来了业务机会,土地储备贷款即应运而生,在全国范围内迅猛发展。本文旨在对土地储备贷款自身特征和风险节点等叙做要点进行分析。
