寻找分析甲苯二异氰酸酯的毛细管气相色谱方法.选择典型的气相色谱固定液,如SE-30,SE-54,OV-225,芳羧酸酯液晶和环糊精衍生物等涂渍成弹性石英毛细管柱,测定它们对甲苯二异氰酸酯异构体的分离能力.考察流速和温度对分离度的影响,选出分析甲苯二异氰酸酯的最佳气相色谱固定相.用OV-225作毛细管气相色谱固定相可较好地对甲苯二异氰酸酯异构体进行分离.本方法简单、快速、准确率高,适合用于工业分析和环境监测甲苯二异氰酸酯异构体.
Looking for the Analysis of Toluene Diisocyanate by Capillary Gas Chromatography. Typical gas chromatography fixatives such as SE-30, SE-54, OV-225, aromatic carboxylic acid ester liquid crystals and cyclodextrin derivatives were coated into flexible quartz capillary columns and their isomers were determined for toluene diisocyanate isomers The separation ability. The effects of flow rate and temperature on the resolution were investigated and the best gas chromatographic stationary phase for analysis of toluene diisocyanate was selected. OV-225 was used as capillary GC stationary phase to separate toluene diisocyanate isomers. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for industrial analysis and environmental monitoring of toluene diisocyanate isomers.
