近年来,随着我国现代化经济建设体系的不断发展及完善,在推动社会各生产领域快速崛起的同时,对于各领域人力资源管理也提出了更高的要求及标准。在医疗领域的竞争,可以说是人力资源的竞争,是人才的竞争。在医疗行业,尤其是医院的发展,人才是核心竞争力。但现阶段,我国医院普遍面临着人力资源流失的问题,这严重限制了我国医院的进一步发展。本文针对我国医院人力资源的流失现状及其原因,探讨了医院因如何优化人力资源管理,以最大限度防止人才的流失。
In recent years, with the continuous development and improvement of China’s modern economic construction system, while promoting the rapid rise of various production sectors in society, higher requirements and standards have also been put forward for human resources management in various fields. Competition in the medical field can be said that human resources competition is talent competition. In the medical industry, especially the development of hospitals, talent is the core competitiveness. However, at this stage, hospitals in our country generally face the problem of loss of human resources, which severely limits the further development of hospitals in our country. This article aims at the current situation and causes of the loss of human resources in Chinese hospitals, and discusses how to optimize the human resources management in hospitals to prevent the loss of qualified personnel to the maximum extent.
