研究了木糖醇母液在模拟移动色谱上的线性分离行为及条件 ,掌握了模拟移动床色谱分离木糖醇母液的一般规律 ,提出了采用模拟移动床色谱分离木糖醇母液的新型工艺 .使用此技术可以得到高纯度的木糖(99.84% )和木糖醇 (99.96% )产品溶液 ,并大大提高了生产强度 .
The linear separation behavior and conditions of xylitol mother liquor on simulated mobile chromatography were studied. The general rule of xylitol mother liquor by simulated moving bed chromatography was mastered. A new technology for separating xylitol mother liquor by simulated moving bed chromatography was proposed. This technology can get high-purity xylose (99.84%) and xylitol (99.96%) product solution, and greatly improve the production intensity.
