矿用通风机是保障井下安全生产的重要设备,而现有的安全监控系统存在设计过于简单,监测内容不全面等问题。针对系统测控问题,提出了基于STM32的风机安全监控系统的设计,阐述了系统的总体设计方案和软硬件实现。该系统实现了对通风机各参数的实时监测,具有功耗低、高性能、实时性强、易开发等特点。 Mining ventilator is an important equipment to ensure the safe production underground, and the existing safety monitoring system has the problems of too simple design and incomplete monitoring content. According to the problem of system measurement and control, the design of fan safety monitoring system based on STM32 is proposed. The overall design scheme of the system and the realization of hardware and software are expounded. The system realizes the real-time monitoring of the ventilator parameters, with low power consumption, high performance, real-time, easy to develop and so on.
