目的:鉴别盆腔肿块的来源与性质。材料与方法:我们以盆腔血管解剖及分布为基础,采用经阴道彩色多普勒血流图(TV-CDFI)和能量图(TV-CDE),对27例29个盆腔肿块进行血管行程及动力学检测。结果:26例发现有诊断意义血流,其中5例卵巢肿瘤血管血流来源于对侧附件血流。结论:追踪肿瘤血管的来源与子宫动脉卵巢支的关系进行定位诊断简便实用;并可通过对子宫动脉和病变内肿瘤血管阻力指数(RI)的分析对肿瘤进行定性诊断。
Objective: To identify the source and nature of pelvic mass. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Based on the anatomic and distribution of pelvic vessels, 27 patients with 29 pelvic masses underwent vascularization and motility using transvaginal color Doppler flowgraphy (TV-CDFI) and energy map (TV-CDE) Learning test. Results: Twenty-six cases had diagnostic significance of blood flow, of which 5 cases of ovarian tumor blood flow from the contralateral attachment blood flow. CONCLUSION: It is simple and practical to track the relationship between the source of tumor blood vessels and the uterine artery ovarian branch. The tumor can be diagnosed qualitatively by analyzing the vascular vascular resistance index (RI) in uterine artery and lesion.
