不锈钢及精密合金的冷轧带,在连续炉退火时,必须保证表面光亮,其保护介质,过去都是采用纯氢及氨分解气体。本文对氮加氢取代纯氢及氨分解气体进行了探讨,尤其是对其含氢量进行了讨论和实验,使含氢量由75%降至20~30%,最后降到2%。文中以 Cr 为代表,应用平衡常数对钢的无氧化加热的条件进行了分析,并进行了含氢量对光亮效果影响的试验,以含氧≤10ppm,露点为-60℃以下,含氢只有2%的氮加氢气氛实现了不锈钢及精密合金冷轧带的连续式光亮热处理。
