2013年5月,在中国美术馆喜迎建馆50周年之际,著名画家宋步云先生、陈烟桥先生、孙宗慰先生的家属分别向中国美术馆捐赠重要美术作品,为国家美术收藏宝库再添新彩。其中,宋先生家属向中国美术馆捐赠宋步云作品10幅,囊括了油画、水彩画、中国画和速写四个画种的代表之作;陈先生家属向中国美术馆捐赠陈烟桥版画、漫画、素描、水彩及创作原稿55幅,其中更包括了13幅版画作品的木刻原版,是为此次捐赠的一大亮点;孙先生 In May 2013, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the opening of the China National Art Museum, the families of the famous painters Song Buyun, Chen Yanqiao and Sun Zongwei donated important works of art to the National Art Museum of China respectively, adding new colors to the national art treasure collection.
