目的研究上海市杨浦区常住居民慢性病的流行现状和危险因素,为全市慢性病预防控制策略的制定提供依据。方法于2010年11-12月,按照多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,在上海市杨浦区随机抽取4个社区,每个社区随机抽取4个居委会,每个居委随机抽取52户人家,每户人家再按科什选择法(KISH表)抽取1人,预约后进行现场问卷调查和体格检查。结果对调查问卷中的27个相关因素进行了单因素和多因素的Logistic回归分析,最终年龄、体质指数、腰围、家族史、油炸食品5个因素进入回归方程,其OR值分别为2.76(95%CI:2.18~3.50)、1.49(95%CI:1.07~2.08)、1.60(95%CI:1.00~2.55)、4.87(95%CI:3.09~7.68)、2.08(95%CI:1.24~3.51)。结论慢性病的发生是多因素综合作用的结果,要针对高危人群加强健康教育和健康干预,提倡控制体重、健康饮食的理念,不断完善慢性病管理模式,积极有效地开展慢性病的预防工作。
Objective To study the prevalence and risk factors of chronic diseases among residents in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and provide evidences for the prevention and control strategies of chronic diseases in the city. Methods From November to December 2010, four community groups were randomly selected in Yangpu District of Shanghai according to a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. Four community committees were randomly selected from each community, and 52 households were randomly selected from each community. Each household according to Kosh selection method (KISH table) to extract 1 people, after the appointment of the scene questionnaire and physical examination. Results Logistic regression analysis of 27 relevant factors in the questionnaire by single factor and multivariate analysis showed that the OR values of the five factors including age, body mass index, waist circumference, family history and fried foods were 2.76 ( (95% CI: 1.07-2.08), 1.60 (95% CI: 1.00-2.55), 4.87 (95% CI: 3.09-7.68), 2.08 (95% CI: 1.24-3.95) 3.51). Conclusion The occurrence of chronic diseases is the result of multifactorial combination of factors. It is necessary to strengthen health education and health intervention for high-risk groups, advocate the concept of weight control and healthy diet, constantly improve the management mode of chronic diseases, and actively and effectively prevent chronic diseases.
