介绍一种对抽油泵之泵筒内表面进行高频感应淬火的工艺及设备。该工艺是将电磁感应器置于工件内,由感应圈通电后对边旋转边移动的工件内表面连续加热,感应圈的最后一匝的喷水环直接对已加热表面进行淬火,在工件内表面产生大约10 m m 的马氏体硬化层,其硬度为 H R C≥58,热影响层深度02~03 m m ,硬度为 H R C50,而工件外部仍然保持未淬硬状态。该工艺采用的设备主要由高频振荡器、负载变压器、导管总成、感应器、支承架、支柱、导轨、支承辊、压辊和车床卡盘等组成。
