本文提出了粗粒浮选机的设计原则,分析了粗粒浮选机设计原则中各个条件之间存在的矛盾。阐述丁全粒级(0.5mm)给矿的粗粒浮选机在设计中要兼顾粗、细粒矿物选别的理由。叙述了该机的结构及工作原理。设计出适合粗粒充气机械搅拌式浮选机的新式叶轮—定子结构和独特的槽体结构,以及在槽中部形成粗颗粒悬浮层的格子板结构、造成矿浆大循环的通道和假底结构。论述了新结构能解决粗粒浮选所要求的各条件之间存在的矛盾和兼顾粗、细粒矿物选别的理由。最后给出了工业对比试验结果。
This paper presents the design principles of the coarse-grained flotation machine and analyzes the contradictions between the various conditions in the design principles of the coarse-grained flotation machine.
