近几年,我处为了适应机电产品市场的新变化,重点抓了两方面的工作:一是对外发展横向经济联合,开拓和建立资源基地、销售基地;二是对内加强经营管理,建立健全并严格施行各项制度。一、发展物工联合,建立资源、销售基地1、经销。与生产企业签订经销协议,为生产厂销售产品,建立起定点协作关系,其好处有三个:一是生产厂能按需生产;二是我处对需方能按期供货;三是进一步密切了物工关系。几年来,我处经销业务不断发展,去年共为全国163家工厂经销产品,经销额达2.5亿元。
