面对激烈的人才竞争,本世纪初我国开展了轰轰烈烈的基础教育课程改革,摒弃过去唯分数论英雄、急功近利的教育模式,把素质教育提上了重要议事日程。而作为基础课程重要组成部分的音乐课,也受到了前所未有的重视,但是农村音乐教育的状况如何呢?文章以山西省吉县的小学音乐教育为对象,以位于吉县城关镇的桥南小学为实例,以校园音乐氛围及课堂学习情况、学校领导的重视程度、师资力量及课程设置、教学用具等四方面的问题为内容,进行了深入的调查研究和结果分析,最后对吉县小学音乐教育的定位策略提出了自己的观点。文章力求能使我国农村基础音乐教育得到全社会的重视,使占全国小学生总数81%的农村小学生得到关注。

As an important part of the basic course, music lessons have also received unprecedented attention, but what is the status of music education in rural areas? The article takes primary school music education in Jixian County, Shanxi Province as an example, with Qiaonan Primary School As an example, conducted in-depth investigation and research and analysis of the results based on the campus music atmosphere and classroom learning, the emphasis of school leadership, teacher strength and curriculum, teaching equipment and other issues. Finally, Education strategy put forward their own point of view. The article seeks to make the basic music education in rural areas of our country get the attention of the whole society, so that 81% of the total number of elementary school students in rural areas receive attention.
