由于生产管理的需求和油田自动化的建设,需要对油水井的实时数据进行监测、控制和管理,从而实现真正的数字化油田建设目标。本文结合三塘湖油田实际情况,开发了单井自动化监控系统。该系统主要由监控中心、油水井现场监控和数据传输网络构成,其中监控中心软件由数据接收处理软件和组态监控软件组成。远程监测系统是对油水井生产过程中采油井实时功图、载荷、冲程、冲次、油压、套压、电压、电流、功率、功率因素、设备运行状况、开关井时间以及注水井的注水压力、注水流量进行远程监测和控制。系统可以实时显示油水井生产过程中的各种动态参数。实现数据解析、异常报警、工况诊断、产液量计算、WEB查询、生成报表等功能。三塘湖采油厂单井自动化项目于2010年9月投产运行。经过近两年的实际运行表明,单井自动化系统具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,项目建设与施工取得了良好的效果。

The system can display all kinds of dynamic parameters in the oil well production process in real time. Realize data analysis, abnormal alarm, condition diagnosis, liquid production calculation, WEB query, generate reports and other functions. Santanghu Oil Production Plant single well automation project put into operation in September 2010. After nearly two years of actual operation shows that single-well automation system with high reliability and stability, project construction and construction has achieved good results.
