采用3,5—二硝基水杨酸比色法测定泌石通胶囊中檞叶多糖的含量(以无水葡萄糖计算)。结果表明,葡萄糖浓度在4—40μg/ml之间呈线性关系,方法回收率102.1％(RSD=2.2％),方法可靠,简便易行。
The 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetric method was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in loquat leaf capsules (calculated as anhydrous glucose). The results showed that the glucose concentration was linear in the range of 4-40 μg/ml. The recovery rate of the method was 102.1% (RSD=2.2%). The method was reliable and simple.
