报道有机锗(Ge-132)对Balb/c,纯系小鼠产生抗SRbc抗体功能的增强作用。Balb/c纯系小鼠分两组,实验组每日灌胃(Ge-132 100mg/kg连续7d,对照组小鼠则以等量生理盐水代替。在实验第3日用SRbc免疫小鼠,于免疫后第4日进行血清抗SRbe抗体-溶血素测定,做溶血空斑实验计数抗体生成细胞。结果表明,有机锗Ge-132能明显提高实验组每只小鼠抗SRbc抗体半数溶血值HC_和溶血空斑数,与对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示Ge-132能增强小鼠体液免疫应答能力。
It has been reported that organogermanium (Ge-132) enhances the anti-SRbc antibody function in Balb/c, pure strain mice. Balb/c pure mice were divided into two groups. The experimental group was given daily gavage (Ge-132 100 mg/kg for 7 days, and the control group mice were replaced by the same amount of physiological saline. Immune mice with SRbc on the third day of the experiment. On the 4th day after immunization, serum anti-SRbe antibody-hemolysin was measured, and hemolysis plaque assay was performed to count antibody-producing cells.The results showed that organic germanium Ge-132 can significantly increase the half hemolysis value of anti-SRbc antibody in each mouse of experimental group. The number of hemolytic plaques was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), suggesting that Ge-132 can enhance humoral immune response in mice.
