组织工作作为一项重要的管理职能,在各系统中发挥着不可估量的作用。组织工作的开展与发挥关系到各层次各部门的交流与合作的密切程度。把组织工作推向科学化,是人类社会交流与协作的必然产物,是经济发展到一定程度的必然要求,是社会发展过程中所必须推行的一项管理手段。这项工作是否科学化,关系到是否能够设计和建立一套合理、有效的组织机构和职位系统,能否准确把握职权关系、加强组织上下左右的联系,以及能否进一步加深与其他职能的结合程度与因时因地的科学调整组织结构,因此,把组织工作推向科学化势在必行。
Organizational work as an important management function plays an inestimable role in various systems. The development and deployment of organizational work are closely related to the exchanges and cooperation among various departments and agencies at all levels. It is an inevitable outcome of human society’s exchange and cooperation to push scientific organization to work. It is an inevitable requirement of economic development to some extent and a management measure that must be implemented in the process of social development. Whether this work is scientific or not is related to the ability to design and establish a reasonable and effective organizational structure and job position, to accurately grasp the relationship between powers and responsibilities, to strengthen the connection between the two sides, and whether further integration with other functions can be further deepened The degree and reason of science to adjust the organizational structure, therefore, to organize the work imperative.
