金属型铝合金铸件浸沉浇注可以提高铸件质量,使金属材料利用率提高到80~90%,生产率提高1~2倍。目前,苏联已研制成功一种机械化的浸沉浇注装置(如附图所示),效果很好。浸沉浇注时,将金属型1浸入金属液2,到一定深度后停住不动。金属液从底浇口和侧浇口浸入型腔,待铸件完全凝固后取出金属型。浇口面积和位置甚为重要,选择适宜则可以使铸件密实和无缩 Immersion casting metal alloy castings can improve casting quality, the utilization of metal materials increased to 80 to 90%, productivity increased by 1 to 2 times.
