现代学徒制作为一种新型的教学模式,在我国众多高职院校中已经实现了广泛的应用,在培养高水平的技能型人才方面起到了积极的作用。现阶段,现代学徒制还处于初级试点阶段,其中还存在一些不足之处,为了进一步完善其教学体系,需要对教学质量进行必要的诊断分析。基于此,本文对基于教学质量诊断与改进的“承包式”现代学徒制教学体系构建问题进行了深入研究。 Modern apprenticeship as a new type of teaching mode has been widely applied in many vocational colleges in our country and has played a positive role in cultivating high-level skilled personnel. At this stage, the modern apprenticeship system is still in the initial stage of the pilot, which still has some shortcomings, in order to further improve its teaching system, the need for teaching quality necessary diagnostic analysis. Based on this, this article has carried on the thorough research to the “contracting style” modern apprentice teaching system construction problem based on the teaching quality diagnosis and the improvement.
