复合土工膜防渗技术具有造价低、施工工艺简单、设备少、施工速度快、防渗性能好且能适应坝体变形、耐腐蚀等优点,在中小型水库防渗得到了广泛的应用。而土工膜防渗存在材料较薄、强度低、易破裂的缺点,在水库工程大面积铺设时很容易导致质量缺陷。因此如何在设计、施工及质量控制等方面减少土工膜防渗体的破损,成为该项防渗技术在全防渗水库中应用的关键。文章以沙枣泉汇流工程为例,探讨了复合土工膜全防渗体质量控制的实践和应用。
Composite geomembrane seepage control technology has the advantages of low cost, simple construction process, less equipment, construction speed, impermeability and can adapt to the deformation of the dam, corrosion resistance, etc., in the small reservoir seepage has been widely used. The existence of geomembrane impermeable thin material, low strength, easy to crack the shortcomings of laying a large area in the reservoir can easily lead to quality defects. Therefore, how to reduce the damage of geomembrane seepage control body in the aspects of design, construction and quality control has become the key to the application of the seepage prevention technology in the seepage-proof reservoir. In this paper, taking the jujube spring confluence project as an example, the practice and application of composite geomembrane impervious body quality control are discussed.
