The crystal growth of Sr (NO3) 2 crystals grown by aqueous solution was studied. The distribution of impurities in the crystal was investigated by electron probe. The structural integrity of Ba (superscript 3 +) doped Sr crystals is higher in the {111} growth sector than in the {10 0} growth sector, whereas The Pb-doped Sr (NO3) 2 crystals, on the other hand, have {10 0} growing sectors Higher than the {111} growth sectors, consistent with their segmental fanning characteristics.
