对铁素体加球状渗碳体 T10工具钢进行了激光处理。透射电镜观察发现激光处理区中存在微晶及非晶组织,经鉴定微晶组织为奥氏体、微晶奥氏体与非晶组织混合在一起,其形成与球状渗碳体的存在有关。
Ferritic and spheroidal cementite T10 tool steel was laser-treated. Transmission electron microscopy revealed the presence of crystallites and amorphous structures in the laser processing zone. The identified microstructures were austenite and the mixed microstructure of austenite and amorphous microstructure. The formation of microstructure was related to the presence of spherical cementite.
