“传道、授业、解惑”这一古训历来是合格教师的座右铭,亦是衡量一名合格教师的责任。作为一名年轻的舞蹈基本功教师,在基本功的教学中因明确教学目标和任务,挖掘学生的舞蹈天赋,教给学生知识的同时再传授给学生学习知识的方法,同时教师的言行举止都对学生有着潜移默化的作用,但不是所有老师都是你人生中的正面教材,或是品德、或是教学、或是行为。学生有优劣之分,那么教师也应有等级之分,笔者认为学生就是最好的评定者。下面笔者根据教师在教学计划、课堂教学过程和教学成果三个方面存在差显进行深入分析研究。
