目的:改变社区门诊输液室的工作现状,减少患者静脉输液时的呼叫次数,提高患者的满意度。方法 :培训静脉输液正规流程,细化各班工作职责,增强主动服务意识。结果:改变输液室的工作现状后,患者输液时的呼叫率降低,满意度提高。结论:不断改善工作现状,提高护理质量,使工作更有序化、标准化。
Objective: To change the working status of community outpatient infusion room, reduce the number of calls when patients receive intravenous fluids, and improve patient satisfaction. Methods: To train the regular process of intravenous infusion, refine the duties of different classes, and enhance the awareness of active service. Results: After changing the working status of the infusion room, the patient’s call rate decreased and the satisfaction increased. Conclusion: Continuous improvement of work status, improvement of nursing quality, and more orderly and standardized work.
