随着高灵敏度仪器的出现 X 射线荧光光谱法的应用范围更加扩大了。测定稀土分量,用化学方法是十分困难的:而用 X 射线荧光方法测定稀土分量,已经显示出许多优越性。制备钢铁中稀土分析用的标准主要有金属试块法、硼砂熔融法、沉淀分离法……。最方便的是金属试块法,但目前国内还没有单位制造。用硼砂熔融法制备钢铁中稀土标样,在美国和日本已有报导沉淀分离法,在日本也有资料介绍。本文选用了稀土氢氧化物沉淀分离法制样、X射线荧光法测定钢铁中稀土分量。制样设备简单,称
