采用“8”字结构环形谐振腔,进行了连续激光二极管单端泵浦Nd:YVO4激光器的实验研究。在室温下当泵浦功率为25.4W时,获得稳定1064nm单频激光输出功率为7.7W,光-光转换效率30.3%;光束质量为M2X=1.15和M2Y=1.18;3h功率不稳定度优于1%。
A ring resonator with “8” structure was used to study the experimental results of single-ended pumped Nd: YVO4 laser with continuous laser diode. When the pump power is 25.4W at room temperature, the output power of single-frequency laser at 1064nm is stable at 7.7W and the light-to-light conversion efficiency is 30.3%. The beam quality is M2X = 1.15 and M2Y = 1.18. The 3h power instability is better than 1%.
