采用马歇尔击实法和旋转压实法对evotherm温拌沥青混合料性能进行研究,研究结果表明:evotherm温拌沥青混合料的拌和温度可以降低25℃;马歇尔击实法得到温拌沥青混合料的击实次数比热拌沥青混合料提高20次,旋转压实法压实次数和热拌沥青混合料相同;温拌沥青混合料的水稳定性能略有提高,高温稳定性能提高,动稳定度从1 180次/mm提高到了1 340次/mm;低温抗裂性能和基质沥青混合料相差不大。采用旋转密实曲线得到:温拌沥青混合料的施工和易性较好,抗变形能力强。总体来说,拌和温度降低25℃时,evotherm温拌沥青混合料性能优于同条件级配的基质沥青混合料。
The performance of evotherm warm-mix asphalt mixture was studied by Marshall compaction method and rotary compaction method. The results show that the mixing temperature of evotherm warm-mix asphalt mixture can be reduced by 25 ℃. Marshill compaction method can obtain warm mix asphalt mixture The compaction times were 20 times higher than that of hot-mix asphalt mixture, and the compaction times of rotary compaction method were the same as those of hot-mix asphalt mixture. The stability of warm-mix asphalt mixture was slightly improved, the stability at high temperature was improved and the dynamic stability 1 180 times / mm increased to 1 340 times / mm; low temperature cracking resistance and matrix asphalt mixture is not much difference. Rotary compact curve is obtained: warm mix asphalt mixture construction workability and good resistance to deformation and strong. Overall, the evotherm warm mix asphalt performance is better than that of the same gradation matrix asphalt mixture when the mixing temperature is decreased by 25 ℃.
