目的 探讨肺泡蛋白沉着症患者行全肺灌洗术的护理技术.方法 对2例PAP患者行3次全肺灌洗术的护理进行总结.结果 2例患者均无出现并发症,疗效满意.结论 术前护理,术中的密切观察、配合,术后积极预防并发症,保证了全肺灌洗术的顺利进行.
