目的总结小儿急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床诊治经验。方法对1995年1月～2009年6月收治的22例坏死性筋膜炎患儿的临床特点,诊断及治疗进行分析。结果本组22例中,治愈21例,死亡1例,患

目的总结小儿急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床诊治经验。方法对1995年1月～2009年6月收治的22例坏死性筋膜炎患儿的临床特点,诊断及治疗进行分析。结果本组22例中,治愈21例,死亡1例,患儿平均住院21～46d。痊愈后无功能障碍。结论小儿急性坏死性筋膜炎发病凶险,其抢救成功率与患儿就诊时间及确诊时间有关,要做到早诊断,早切开,局部处理与全身用药并重等综合治疗,其中早期做出诊断,及时切开引流是抢救成功的关键。
