将ZigBee无线通信技术引入到切削力数据采集系统中,组成一个车间机床切削力管理网络。该系统以SOC射频芯片CC2531为核心,利用其内部集成的A/D转换器实现数据的数模转换,并由其RF收发器来完成数据的无线发送和接收。从硬件和软件上设计了测力仪和整个网络系统,通过车削棒料对该系统进行了试验,结果表明数据稳定可靠,三个方向的切削力精度也较高。
ZigBee wireless communication technology will be introduced into the cutting force data acquisition system to form a workshop machine tool cutting force management network. The system takes the SOC chip CC2531 as the core and uses its internal integrated A / D converter to realize the digital-to-analog conversion of the data, and the RF transceiver realizes the wireless data sending and receiving. The dynamometer and the whole network system were designed from the hardware and software. The system was tested by turning the bar material. The results show that the data is stable and reliable, and the cutting force in three directions is high precision.
