目的:探讨由养阴清热中药组分麦冬多糖、黄连生物碱组成的冬连组分处方对糖尿病大鼠内皮细胞保护机制。方法:应用链尿佐菌素(STZ)复制大鼠糖尿病模型,给药12周后检测与血清内皮细胞保护机制相关的细胞因子,如血清一氧化氮(NO)、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血清白介素-6(IL-6)等的变化,分析其作用机制。结果:冬连组分高、低剂量均能升高NO的表达,降低ET、TNF-α、IL-6、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的表达,与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:养阴清热组分具有抗炎、改善血管内皮功能、清除氧自由基功能等作用,提示该处方冬连组分对保护内皮细胞,减少内皮损伤,降低糖尿病并发症的发生具有重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective mechanism of Dongnian even prescriptions composed of Radix Isatidis and Radix Astragali, a component of Radix Ophiopogon japonicus, on the endothelial cells of diabetic rats. Methods: The diabetic rat model was induced by streptozotocin (STZ). After 12 weeks of administration, cytokines such as serum nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 -1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and so on. Results: The levels of NO, TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly increased in both high and low dose groups Statistical significance (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Yin-clearing heat-clearing components have anti-inflammatory, improving vascular endothelial function, scavenging oxygen free radicals and other functions, suggesting that the prescriptions of Coptis even protect endothelial cells, reduce endothelial damage and reduce the occurrence of complications of diabetes is of great significance .
