应用可变模糊模式识别理论,构建了不同参数组合下可变模糊模式识别读者满意度评价模型。结合读者满意度评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,在此基础上,以广州番禺职业技术学院图书馆为实证,对该图书馆的读者满意度进行了综合评价,取得了合理的评价结果。评价结果表明,可变模糊模式识别方法对读者满意度评价问题具有较高的数值稳定性和适用性,分析表明,本文方法用于图书馆读者满意度的评价是有效可行的。
The variable fuzzy pattern recognition theory is applied to construct a reader satisfaction evaluation model with variable fuzzy pattern recognition under different combinations of parameters. Based on the evaluation index system of reader satisfaction and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the index weight, taking the library of Panyu Polytechnic Institute of Guangzhou as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the readership satisfaction of the library and obtains a reasonable evaluation result. The evaluation results show that the variable fuzzy pattern recognition method has high numerical stability and applicability to reader satisfaction evaluation. The analysis shows that this method is effective and feasible for library reader satisfaction evaluation.
