军事医学是医学中的一个重要分支。建国以来,围绕相应任务需求,我国军事医学研究获得了长足进步和发展,取得了一系列成就。进入21世纪后,由于国际战略形势发生变化,我国所处的军事环境也发生了新的改变,因此我国的军事医学研究战略和规划也在进行适应性调整。本文对军事辐射医学研究中的系列问题进行分析和思考,提出在阐明电磁辐射生物效应与作用机制的基础上,通过医学手段提升电磁辐射环境下军事作业能力尤其是神经认知功能的研究思路,建议以“狠抓神经、主攻认知、增强免疫、提高军事作业能力”为指导思想,围绕电磁辐射尤其是复杂电磁环境下军事作业能力的提升进行重点布局,为通过医学手段提升复杂电磁环境下军事作业能力奠定基础,为在新军事变革时期提升现代军事后勤中的医学保障水平提供参考。
Military medicine is an important branch of medicine. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a great deal of achievements have been made in military medical research in our country. Since the 21st century, because of the changes in the international strategic situation, the military environment in which our country is also undergoing a new change has taken place. Therefore, the strategy and plan for military medical research in our country are also being adjusted adaptively. In this paper, we analyze and think about a series of problems in military radiation medical research and put forward the research ideas of improving the military homework ability, especially the neural cognitive function, by means of medical means on the basis of elucidating the biological effects and mechanisms of electromagnetic radiation. It is suggested that the principle of “focusing on nerves, focusing on cognition, enhancing immunity and improving military operations” should be given priority to focus on enhancing the capability of military operations in electromagnetic radiation, especially in complex electromagnetic environment. In order to improve the complex electromagnetic Environment, laid the foundation for military operations and provided reference for improving the level of medical security in modern military logistics during the period of the new military revolution.
