经过20多年的教学工作,我深深地体会到,作为一名教师,必须要有关爱学生的师德,要有爱心。从四个方面阐述了师爱在教学中的重要性及实施措施:师爱是学生成长的力量之源;在尊重中走入学生的心灵;保护学生的安全,关心学生健康,维护学生的合法权益;要特别关爱留守儿童及单亲家庭下的儿童。 After more than 20 years of teaching, I deeply understand that as a teacher, we must have the morality to love students and love them. From four aspects, it expounds the importance of teacher-love in teaching and its implementing measures: teacher-loving is the source of strength of students’ growth, the student’s soul in respecting, the protection of students’ safety, the care of students and the protection of students’ lawfulness Rights and interests; to take special care of children left behind and single-parent families.
