Asix-member delegation of the China Society for Human Rights Studies (CSHRS) headed by Deputy President Jin Jian paid a visit to Britain,France,Morocco and Egypt in December 10-27,2002.This is the first delegation organized by CSHRS to visit the four countries and also the first such delegation visiting developing countries.The delegation made wide contacts in the four countries and exchanged views on human rights with officials,parliamentarians,non-govemental organizations,academic organizations and the media.Topics for discussion covered the human rights conditions in the four countries and China,development of non-govemental organizations,how to further cooperation,universality and particularity of human rights,judicial protection of human rights,protection of human rights of ethnic minorities,freedom of religious beliefs,human rights education and media and human rights.
