Ozaki Shoji, one of the largest uniform manufacturers in Japan, is currently in trouble. With the decrease in the number of children in Japan, the number of its critical product orders is continuously decreasing, so the company has to develop new ways to develop casual wear, hoping to expand its consumer groups. Another small school uniform company, Kono Corporation, which is located in the southwest side of Okayama like Ozaki, is struggling. The manager believes that in addition to the constant reduction in the number of students in the school to bring fatal blows to their business, the pursuit of clothing personalization is also an important reason for the reduction of school uniform orders.
