目的调查264名科技工作者心理健康状况并探讨其影响因素与对策。方法采用王极盛编制的中国成人心理健康量表。结果与全国成人常模比较,科技工作者在适应性差(t=2.03,P<0.05)、情绪失调(t=2.16,P<0.05)、焦虑(t=2.08,P<0.05)、抑郁(t=3.27,P<0.05)、敌对(t=2.21,P<0.05)因子上差异具有显著性;不同性别的科技工作者在心理承受力差(t=-2.50,P<0.05)、适应性差(t=-2.62,P<0.05)、情绪失调(t=-3.64,P<0.01)、焦虑(t=-2.14,P<0.05)、抑郁(t=-2.22,P<0.05)、躯体化(t=-2.14,P<0.05)因子及总分(t=-2.319,P<0.05)上差异有显著性;不同职业科技工作者在总分(F=2.39,P<0.05)上差异具有显著性。结论科技工作者总体上心理健康状况良好,不同性别、职业的科技工作者在总分和因子分上具有显著性差异。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of 264 scientific and technological workers and to explore the influencing factors and countermeasures. Methods The Chinese adult mental health scale prepared by Wang Jingsheng was used. Results Compared with the norm of adults at home and abroad, the scores of anxiety (t = 2.08, P <0.05), depression (t = 2.16, (T = -2.50, P <0.05) and hostility (t = 2.21, P <0.05). There was significant difference in psychological tolerance between the two sexes (t = -2.50, P < (t = -2.62, P <0.05), mood disorders (t = -3.64, P <0.01), anxiety (t = -2.14, t = -2.14, P <0.05) and the total score (t = -2.319, P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the total scores of technical workers (F = 2.39, P <0.05) Sex. Conclusion The overall mental health status of scientists and technologists is good. There are significant differences between the total score and the factor score of science and technology workers of different genders and professions.
