英语阅读是以文章作为语言实体和信息载体,对书面信息进行认识构建的言语过程。根据《普通高中英语课程标准》,要求普通高中英语毕业生必须达到七级“读”的技能目标,学生能从一般性文章中获取和处理重要信息;能理解文章主旨和作者的意图:能通过上下文克服生词困难;理解语篇意义;能通过文章中的线索推理获取信息等。本文试就高中阅读教学的现状,影响学生阅读的原因和如何加强英语阅读教学提出自己的看法。
English reading is based on the article as a language entity and information carrier, written information to build awareness of the process of speech. According to the “Standard English Curriculum for General Senior Highs,” ordinary English graduates must be required to achieve the skill goal of Level 7 “Reading”, students can obtain and process important information from general articles, understand the main thrust of the article and the author’s intention: Through the context to overcome the difficulties of new words; to understand the meaning of text; through the article clues to obtain information and so on. This article tries to put forward my own views on the current situation of high school reading teaching, the reasons that affect students’ reading and how to strengthen the teaching of English reading.
