我们采用胰管逆向注入2.5%去氧胆酸钠——胰蛋白酶溶液,造成Wistar大白鼠急性出血性胰腺炎疾病模型;采用比色法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶平板电泳法连续测定发病前及发病后五天内血清淀粉酶活性和淀粉酶同功酶酶谱的变化;并作了胰腺组织学检查。结果显示:发病后五天内,血清粉酶活性有不同程度增高,以第一天的增高为显
We used the pancreatic duct to inject a 2.5% sodium deoxycholate-trypsin solution retrogradely to cause a model of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis in Wistar rats. Colorimetry and polyacrylamide gel plate electrophoresis were used to measure the premorbidity and incidence. The changes of serum amylase activity and amylase isoenzymogram within the last five days; histological examination of the pancreas was performed. The results showed that serum enzyme activity was increased in different degrees within five days after onset and was markedly increased on the first day.
