目的观察新型双子表面活性剂(1,3-DBnQA)杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法。结果以含有效成分10000mg/L时,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用120min,杀灭率达到100%;含有效成分5000mg/L时杀灭率均达到99.54%;该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体的杀灭效果是:含有效成分100mg/L时,作用10min;含有效成分50mg/L时,作用20min;含有效成分25mg/L时,作用30min杀灭率均达到100%;pH值在5.0-9.0时杀灭率始终>99.93%,以pH值9.0时效果最好。有机物对杀菌作用有一定影响。结论该双子表面活性剂对细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢均有较强杀灭效果。
