介绍了高压转子螺栓孔组合加工的现行工艺方法,通过组合钻铰的方式得到需要的高压涡轮盘螺栓孔径。针对螺栓孔不圆和孔倾斜的原因分析后认为,铰孔工艺能部分地纠正孔的圆度误差,并且高压涡轮转子轴颈的壁相对较薄,不能很好地起到导向作用。文中采取铣削高压涡轮盘后再组合钻铰孔的新工艺,提高了产品质量、效率,降低了加工成本。
The current process of high-pressure rotor bolt hole machining is introduced, and the required high-pressure turbine disk bolt hole diameter is obtained through a combination of drilling and hinge methods. According to the analysis of the reason that the bolt hole is not round and the hole is inclined, it is considered that the reaming process can partially correct the roundness error of the hole, and the wall of the high-pressure turbine rotor journal is relatively thin and can not play a guiding role well. In this paper, the new technology of milling reaming hole after milling high pressure turbine disk is adopted to improve the product quality and efficiency and reduce the processing cost.
