小儿急性胰腺炎较成人胰腺炎少见,一般无明确病因,部分与感染、全身性疾病、药物诱导等相关,尤其与患儿的危重状态有关。现结合本院收治的121例急性胰腺炎患儿临床资料,从发病情况、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断与预后评估以及治疗等方面总结小儿急性胰腺炎的特点,从而提高儿科医师对其的全面认识水平,达到降低误诊率、减少胰腺炎并发症的目的 。 Pediatric acute pancreatitis is rarer than that of adult pancreatitis and generally has no definite cause. Some are related to infection, systemic diseases and drug induction, especially with children’s critical state. Now combined with clinical data of 121 cases of children with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital, we summarize the characteristics of children with acute pancreatitis from the incidence, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examination, diagnosis and prognosis assessment and treatment so as to improve the pediatrician’s comprehensive Level of understanding, to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and reduce the complications of pancreatitis.
