现代远程教育扶贫示范工程一线教师的培训,是现代教育技术和现代远程教育发展和普及的重要事件。由于接受培训的一线教师来自相对贫困的地区,相对基础较差又责任重大,其教学安排和实施需要精心设计和落实。本文介绍了作者在四川省一线教师第一批培训过程中积累的一些经验,可为后期西部其他省份的培训提供一些参考。 Modern long-distance education demonstration project of poverty alleviation frontline teacher training, modern education technology and modern distance education development and popularization of important events. Since the first-line teachers who come from the relatively poor areas come from relatively poor bases and responsibilities, their teaching arrangements and implementation need careful design and implementation. This article describes some of the authors’ experiences gained during the first training of front-line teachers in Sichuan Province, and provides some references for the training of other provinces in the western region in the later period.
