目的:运用PDCA循环管理办法降低自动化药房快速出药系统出药差错率。方法:依循PDCA循环管理步骤,对快速出药系统出药差错的原因进行全面分析并设定目标和对策,积极实施后对比结果,并对效果和不足进行总结。结果:实施PDCA循环后系统出药差错率、系统调剂差错率、药师加药差错率均降低,但措施对降低药师加药差错具有可行性,对降低系统调剂差错效果不具可行性。结论:实施PDCA循环有效降低了因药师加药差错造成的自动化药房快速出药系统出药差错率,改善了药房管理,提升了服务质量。
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the error rate of drug delivery in the automated pharmacy rapid drug delivery system by PDCA cycle management. Methods: According to the steps of PDCA cycle management, the author analyzed the causes of drug errors in the rapid drug delivery system and set goals and countermeasures. The results were compared after the positive implementation, and the effects and shortcomings were summarized. Results: After the PDCA cycle was implemented, the error rate of drug delivery, the error rate of system adjustment and the error rate of drug addition by drugstorers decreased. However, it was feasible to reduce the error of drug addicts and was not feasible to reduce the error of system adjustment. Conclusion: The implementation of PDCA cycle effectively reduces the error rate of drug delivery in the automated pharmacy rapid drug delivery system resulting from the dosing error of the pharmacist, improves the pharmacy management and improves the service quality.
