企业领导干部作风建设关系到企业文化的构建与生产经营理念的贯彻,是实现企业高效运作的有效途径。优化改进企业领导的作风建设,也是贯彻落实国家大政方针的具体要求,实现现代化企业改革的必要环节,对企业的建设发展具有极其重要的指导意义。本文从企业领导干部作风建设的意义出发,分析其出现的问题,并提出相关的改进意见,改善企业领导的日常作风,为企业的发展贡献一份力量。
The construction of business leaders’ style of work is related to the construction of corporate culture and the implementation of the concept of production and operation, which is an effective way to realize the efficient operation of enterprises. Optimizing and improving the leadership style of enterprises is also an essential part of implementing the specific requirements of the major policies of the state and realizing the reform of modernized enterprises. It is extremely important for the construction and development of enterprises. Based on the significance of the style construction of leading cadres in enterprises, this paper analyzes the problems that arise and puts forward relevant improvements to improve the leaders’ daily work style and contributes to the development of the enterprise.
