目的比较2型糖尿病不同病程及合并胃轻瘫患者幽门螺杆菌的感染率。方法选择2型糖尿病患者136例,按照病程分为A、B、C 3组,其中A组79例(病程10年以下),B组41例(病程10~20年),C组16例(病程20年以上)。对全部患者进行空腹13C或14C尿素呼吸试验检测血清幽门螺杆菌,并采取幽门螺杆菌根治治疗,对3组不同病程及是否合并胃轻瘫的糖尿病的幽门螺杆菌的感染情况进行记录,并对不同病程对胃轻瘫的影响进行统计,同时观察幽门螺杆菌根治治疗后胃轻瘫的改善情况。结果 C组幽门螺杆菌感染率及合并胃轻瘫发生率显著高于A、B组(P<0.05),且B组患者的的幽门螺杆菌感染率及合并胃轻瘫发生率显著高于A组(P<0.05),合并胃轻瘫患者的幽门螺杆菌的感染率显著高于未合并胃轻瘫患者(P<0.05)。经幽门螺杆菌根治治疗后,胃轻瘫各种症状的发生率均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者病程越长,幽门螺杆菌感染率越高,且合并胃轻瘫的发生率也越高,采取有效的幽门螺杆菌根治术能显著的改善胃轻瘫的临床症状。
Objective To compare the infection rates of Helicobacter pylori in patients with different stages of type 2 diabetes and gastroparesis. Methods A total of 136 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were enrolled in this study. They were divided into A, B and C groups according to their duration of disease. Among them, 79 patients in group A (with a duration of 10 years or less), 41 in group B (10 to 20 years in duration) Duration of 20 years or more). The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in patients with gastroparesis was significantly higher than that in patients without gastroparesis (P <0.05). After H. pylori radical treatment, the incidence of various symptoms of gastroparesis were lower than before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions The longer course of type 2 diabetes mellitus, the higher infection rate of Helicobacter pylori, and the higher incidence of gastroparesis, the effective treatment of Helicobacter pylori can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of gastroparesis.
