油菜是我国主要的油料作物,按栽培制度可以分为冬油菜和春油菜。冬油菜区包括长江流域和黄淮流域,面积约占全国的90％左右;春油菜区包括青海、西藏、新疆、内蒙、甘肃、黑龙江等省区,面积占全国的10％。目前,全国油菜种植面积为 550万公顷。
Rape is a major oil crop in China. According to cultivation system, it can be divided into winter rape and spring rape. The winter rapeseed area includes the Yangtze River valley and the Huang-Huai River basin, accounting for about 90% of the country. The spring rapeseed area includes Qinghai, Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Heilongjiang provinces and other regions, accounting for 10% of the national total. At present, the national rapeseed area is 5.5 million hectares.
