在对复合胶凝材料水泥水化程度的实验研究中,寻找一种简便计算方法,通过采用图像分析法和基于矿物掺合料反应程度的Ca(OH)_2定量修正法定量表征出复合体系中水泥水化程度,确定该计算方法的准确性。结果表明:计算方法得到的水泥水化程度计算结果与通过图像分析法和Ca(OH)_2定量修正法得到的水泥水化程度实验结果相比较,两者的相对误差都小于8%,说明该计算方法在相对误差范围内具有可行性,为水泥水化程度的研究提供了一种简便的途径。
In the experimental study on the degree of hydration of cementitious composites, a simple calculation method was sought, which was quantitatively characterized by image analysis and Ca (OH) 2 quantitative correction based on the degree of mineral admixture reaction Cement hydration level, to determine the accuracy of the calculation method. The results show that the calculated results of cement hydration calculated by the method are less than 8% compared with the experimental results of cement hydration degree obtained by the method of image analysis and quantitative correction of Ca (OH) _2, The calculation method is feasible in the relative error range, which provides a simple and convenient way for the research of cement hydration degree.
