班主任是班级工作的领导者、组织者和实施者。作为班主任,每天面对的是十几双渴求知识的眼睛,每天接触的是十几颗等待滋润的心灵。我深知班主任工作的艰巨而繁重,特别是作为一位农村小学的男班主任。农村小学条件差,部分家长外出打工,孩子们由爷爷奶奶照看,过于娇惯,生活不能自理,学习马虎松散,这就给班主任提出了更高的要求。结合这几年的工作经验,我觉得班主任应该做好以下几点:一、班主任要拥有一颗童心 Class teacher is the class leader, organizer and implementer.
